Promoter: Clarity by Investec, a product of Investec Bank Limited (“the Promoter”).
1. Eligibility
1.1 The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Participants who hold a verified Clarity by Investec account.
1.3 Both new and existing verified Clarity clients may participate.
1.4 This competition is open to clients who are ordinarily resident in Cape Town, as determined by the residential address linked to their Clarity account at the time of entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the above criteria.
3. How to Enter
2.1 Eligible participants must fund their verified Clarity by Investec account with a minimum amount of R500 during the competition period.
2.2 Each qualifying account will receive one automatic entry into the draw.
2.3 Multiple fundings do not result in multiple entries.
4.Competition Period
The competition will run from 00:01 on 8 February 2026 until 23:59 on 20 February 2026.
5. Prize
4.1 A total of four (4) winners will each receive one VIP day experience for two people to attend the Investec SA Open Championship golf event on one of the tournament days between 26 February 2026 – 1 March 2026.
4.2 Each VIP experience includes:
4.3 The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional personal expenses unless explicitly stated by the Promoter.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
5.1 The draw will take place on 19 February 2026
5.2 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
5.3 Winners will be contacted via email and/or telephone no later than 23 February 2026.
5.4 Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of notification via email or telephone contact.
5.5 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. General
6.1 Prizes are exclusively for the selected prize winner, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their name and/or image for limited promotional purposes related to this competition.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required by circumstances beyond its control.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information.
6.6 Neither Investec nor the Promoter will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.7 Force majeure: Investec and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any delay, amendment, suspension, or cancellation of the competition caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to regulatory changes, system failures, or acts of God.
8.Data Protection
8.1 All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Investec’s Privacy Policy.
8.2 Information obtained from participants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and, where prior consent has been provided, for marketing purposes.
8.3 Participants retain the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or to object to the processing of their personal information at any time, provided the applicable information request procedures are followed.
9. Liability
9.1 Investec and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any delays, amendments, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including regulatory or system-related changes.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, neither Investec nor the Promoter will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
